Welcome to Bondi Amateur Swimming Club
Our historic summer swimming club is based at the Icebergs. Join us this season for 6 months of social racing for all ages and abilities. A great way to add some fun to your fitness program, catch up with your community and enjoy Bondi's iconic views. Adults, teenagers, families, kids and seniors are all welcome to join us. The relaxed and the competitive will find something that suits them in our program.
Join us poolside any Saturday from October for a free trial – visit our club room any Saturday at 9am to register or email us for more information. We race all strokes, from 25m to the 400m freestyle, the medley, butterfly, backstroke and breaststroke. You choose your events, your distances and your speed. It’s all about fun and participation!
A great place to prepare for school carnivals, the bronze medallion, surf and rough water racing.
Free Learn to Swim for members 5 years+ from Nov. Email us to register and find out out more. Membership includes weekly racing on a handicap, social events and championships, insurance with Swimming Australia.
At BondiASC we race every Saturday, but we also understand people need flexibility over the summer. There are no penalties if you're away, or need to join later in the season. A swimmer needs to complete 10 swims to compete in the championships.
Active Kids Rebate Provider. A government rebate is available for all school age students, if they join prior to 1st December.
We have many senior members in our club. To celebrate our seniors we have introduced a new category, The Silver Racers. So all seniors welcome poolside this summer. Bring the grand kids if you fancy it!
